Orvanti will make reasonable efforts to maintain agreed timelines.

Each project includes up to three structured revision rounds unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Revision rounds allow the client to request adjustments relating to:
layout refinements
content adjustments

Additional revision rounds or significant changes outside the original scope may be billed separately.
Major redesign requests after approval stages may require additional project fees.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, clients agree to provide necessary materials and cooperation including:
service descriptions

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content provided is accurate, lawful, and authorised for use.

50% project deposit upon commencement
50% final payment upon project completion prior to launch
Alternative payment arrangements may occasionally be agreed upon depending on project scope.
Invoices are typically payable within 7 days.
Failure to complete payment may delay project delivery or launch.
Additional Costs
Certain projects may involve third-party services or software including:
hosting platforms
premium plugins or software
CRM platforms
automation tools
marketing platforms such as Google Ads
These costs are usually billed directly by the provider and are not included in Orvanti project pricing unless explicitly stated.
Ownership of Assets
Once final payment has been received:
the client retains ownership of their website content
the client retains ownership of their domain and hosting
the client retains ownership of their business accounts
Orvanti retains the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Marketing Performance
Where marketing systems such as advertising or lead generation infrastructure are implemented, results may vary depending on factors including:
market competition
geographic demand
advertising budget
service pricing
sales processes
customer response times
Orvanti does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes but will implement systems designed to improve enquiry generation and conversion.
Changes to Project Scope
If a project expands beyond the originally agreed scope, additional work may be quoted separately.
Examples may include:
additional website pages
new integrations or features
complex automation systems
additional design or development requests
All scope changes will be discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds.
Project Pause or Cancellation
If a project is paused or cancelled by the client after work has begun:
